  1. Cut sheet a minimum of 1/8" (3 mm) larger than glass piece.
    * Kiln Liner will shrink slightly upon firing.

  2. Place sheet down on kiln shelf.

  3. Place piece of art directly on Kiln Liner ™ Fusing Release Paper. If there is more than 1/2” (12 mm) between the edge of the paper and your project, the paper may curl over onto your project. To prevent this, place small pieces of scrap glass on the paper 1/8” (3 mm) from the edge of the paper. Fire the kiln as usual.

  4. After the glass has cooled, remove it from the shelf and rinse off any paper residue with water if necessary. If removing Kiln Liner from a mold, submerge the fused glass in a dunk bucket to remove Kiln Liner™ from glass.

  5. Dispose Kiln Liner ™ Fusing Release Paper.

*Protective gloves should be worn when cutting and placing paper on/off kiln shelf.
